Jill and Hugh were married in a civil service but found they still wanted to have a wedding ceremony and reception with friends and family. Did you know you could have a real wedding at the courthouse?! I didn’t either, but it was great!
The courthouse backdrop emphasized that which was most important to them: love, family, friendship (and a great party) all the while still providing downtown ambiance, architecture, and views. Between the recently renovated grounds and the harbor across the street, there were so many fun spots for portraits within a short walk.
Once the sun set, I loved how their head table looked directly down Cedar and into all the city lights. And look how killer the courthouse looks at night! It was the perfect backdrop for one of the most fun dance floors I have seen in ages!
